Antipasti?
I have been wanting one of these since eating tigelle on my first visit to Bologna but bringing one back in luggage was not very practical. Was pleased to finally find this and be able to make my own. I am still experimenting with the recipe and method to create successful tigelle but I will get there. From the first go the results were very pleasing and I enjoy having this regional speciality in my repertoire. The photo is from my second try
