Very high quality chips, fresh and not damp or musty at all. Granted they are a bit expensive however after shopping around these are definitely top grade and worth every penny in my opinion.

I use these in a barrel smoker and found the pieces way to small. Next time I will source chunks and cut to size. Flavour, packaging and quality are all up to ProQ standards, just in the past, chips have been bigger!

A nioce selection of woods for smoking ! The price isn't too bad for what you get, and what you get is a nice selection of woods ! I have now smoked with every single wood provided and a mixture of most at various times... The only downside to this entire bundle was the fact that my bag of apple chips was about 20% bark (which Mac's BBQ and ProQ clearly suggest you avoid). Othe than that, I was delighted by this selection ! It would be nice if you could mix and match any 8 bags of wood chips as there are a few of these bags which are used very infrequently compared to others. (option might already be on offer but wasn't at time of purchase).

I recently bought the ProQ eco cold smoker and ordered this selection pack of wood dust at the same time. The quantities are very generous as it only takes about a half pack to burn 10 hours in the cold smoker (which is enough to smoke 3 x racks sausages, chicken breasts, cheese and olives - more if you pack carefully). I am very happy with the selection of woods - ranging from the very mild (oak, beech) the sweet (fruit woods) to the strong (hickory). Can recommend.

Consegna rapidissima 2 gg.Ho provato subito l'essenza si ACERo per costine alla St. Louis come da ricetta di Myron Mixon, eccezzionali.Prima di inserirle nel "bruciatore" dello smoker orizzontale, essendo scaglie di piccole dimensioni, le ho messe in bagno per circa 1 h in acqua per aumetare l'effetto fumo una volta messe sopra la carbonella.Lo consiglio.

Rapporto qualità- quantità prezzo eccellente, le sto usado col mio Weber Master-touch, le affumicature vengono con un bell'anello rosa alle pietanze, proprio come fanno in U.S.A. . Brisket uscito in maniera sublime!!! Grazie!

8 essenze diverse da sperimentare.Ovviamente ci sono quelle piu' vicine ai gusti personali e quelle meno, ma il prodotto e' sicuramente di qualita'.
