I have a tempering machine. Are these chocolates good for candy molds?

My sister and I used Merckens for our Christmas candy molds.

Can you melt in the microwave?

Yes. Put in microwave for 30 seconds, take out and stir it, put back for another 30 seconds, stir again, put in for another 20 seconds. That should do it. Enjoy:)

How large are these wafers?

Approximately 1 inch in diameter.

I'm a subscribe customer and again the chocolate arrives all melted. It was horrible..... What should I do?

Mine also arrived melted. I was very disappointed because I do not use them to melt. We eat them out of a candy dish. They offered to refund half of my money but that doesn't fix the problem. ☹️ Not sure why they can't pack them properly for shipping in warm weather.

Must buy!!!

Delicious!!! It was my first time making cake pops and dipped oreos. The consistency of these melts was perfect. They melted smoothly with no clumps. A GREAT QUALITY! I bought a different brand in a different color and it was night and day. I will stick with this brand for now on.

White melting chocolate

Chocolate tasted very well. They came melted bc I live in Vegas but they cooled down and I used them the next day to make treats and they melted just fine.

Great chocolate!!

This chocolate is great. It melts quickly and has a great sheen!!! I used it for angel food cake…. Turned out fantastic!

Pretty good to work with

Took a bit longer to melt and thickened up pretty quickly. I did add melting wax for chocolate and it was much easier to dip pretzels. Molds did firm up pretty good, taste is very good too.
