Love it. But warning. You only get ONE roller!
Quickly ordered and assumed for the price it came with 2 rollers. I was wrong! It only comes with one roller! I understand you can mix and match rollers however only getting one was a slight surprise.

Works well
I have used the R8 recovery device routinely for the past few years specifically for pre and post running activities. The upgraded super deep roller is the same hardness as the standard rollers however it can target some muscles a bit better. A bit over priced for what it is, would be more value it was a pair to replace the original.

Good product (it eventually creaks)
Great product, works much better than a standard roller. It should get 1/2 less star because after a few months it started to creak ... not a biggy, but just thought to mention it.

Gets to those injuries you need to iron out
This is a attachment for the R8 roll recovery. Ive had lingering pain from tightness and overextending myself during tennis bouts. For years I've been back and forth doing massage and chiropractor sessions and doing many of the recommended at home stuff. Did more research for recovery stretches via YouTube as well. In the past 3 months a lot of my at home stuff wasn't working at I thought I was at the end of the road concerning doing tennis anymore. This attachment is a absolute God send and the device that uses it really penetrates the gluteal muscle groups which has given me so much relief. These products are the real deal and I will continue to buy from them.
