My first piece was broken at the pump. They replaced it promptly but it’s overpriced for the quality. The wood is nice but the plastic portion of the pump is cheap and doesn’t pump the soap well.

2/3 of the iteams are great! Love the look, quality Finish... But the pump design and soap holder are poor. It only holds about half the size of bottle, due to small soap storage container.The pump is junky feeling, as in like it gets stuck and scrapes along the the sides or possibly bad spring? But overall very nice! Just needs a better working pump is all.
