We bought this LeJump trampoline few months ago as a Birthday gift to our children. They greatly enjoyed playing on it! The instructions were very clear (The video tutorial was very helpful), We felt that the trampoline design was solid and safe (that was priority in choosing a trampoline)! I am writing the review today because of how gracefully and kindly the selling and product team has handled an accidental damage we faced with the trampoline.Within a couple of month after purchase, due to a pretty bad wind storm, a big tree branch fell on the outer ring of the trampoline and broke a part of it. When we reached out to the seller asking for replacement parts, they were very quick in responding and took a great care and sent us a new trampoline! We were able to put it together again during the July 4th Holiday! We greatly appreciate the customer service and our kids are super excited and thrilled to have their trampoline back! We are very glad that we chose LeJemp!

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this trampoline after much research as I needed 12ft one for my kids. The package arrived in nice clean manner. I was pretty impressed by quality of material, the frame structure is super strong and durable, the quality of spring and jumping mat was pretty nice and safety net and additional padding was pretty good too.Assembly took an hour and half. one suggestion is put springs first before legs especially if you have uneven ground. I wasted some time there and structure was not getting fit but after I put springs first the rest was cakewalk.In terms of actual usage, I tried (185 pounds) and it held my weight pretty well. The structure when assembled and tested was pretty solid. After that I let my kids try it and they absolutely loved it. They invited their friends too and at one time almost 4 kids of age 7-8 were playing together in the trampoline. Safety net is pretty solid as kids were leaning their backs frequently and it held good.I waited good 2-3 weeks to ensure trampoline indeed works well under all conditions and in my view this is one of the best trampoline from quality, reliability and safety wise. I am very happy with the purchase and I am planning to gift one to my friend as well.

There was a QR code on the code that directed me to the Youtube clip showing the entire install. This really gave me a lot of confidence in putting this together myself, as the box is predictably large and needs a couple of people to move into place. I suggest reviewing the video in detail and have it with you during install. It makes everything extremely clear such that I entirely skipped the instruction booklet.The packaging was thick and well padded. Each component was individually wrapped so there was no damage at all. There were a few bags marked spare parts but I didn't end up using any.Installation of the base was very straightforward and can be easily done by one person. The tough part of installing the springs. Per instruction, doing it in a diagonal way is the way to go. There is a very handy tool to allow pulling the spring into place. It does require a good amount of force, but nothing unreasonable. It is after all, all for safety.So far the trampoline has held up well. I am pretty impressed by the quality of the parts, many of them have good heft and also fit perfectly well with easy other there's no worry about tearing or bad install.And yes, it bounces well! That's the best part. And it makes it well worth it.

Love the design and style of this trampoline. It’s durable and the net makes it feel very safe. I just love how the net goes around the outside of the padding so it’s a tight fit. I also really enjoy how it comes with a ladder! No more mommy lifting kids up and down off of a trampoline! Another HUGE plus to this trampoline is that there’s a thin fiberglass bar that goes around the top of net and connects to the poles. I hated hearing the net blow in the wind with my former trampoline and now with this one I can sleep through the night in peace!!! This was one of my main reasons for choosing it.The cons of this is that the snap in bars don’t feel as sturdy as my former trampoline from Skywalker. Also the jumping pad is much more slick so you slip easily. The color blue is absolutely beautiful but it attracts bees which have been enjoying hanging out inside the net. Lastly, it doesn’t have as much of a bounce since the springs are smaller/tighter.

Innerhalb 24h geliefert. Das Gestell habe ich mit Hilfe einer anderen Person aufgebaut bekommen und alles andere konnte ich tatsächlich alleine aufbauen, ging auch relativ schnell und einfach. Bisher sind wir zufrieden und meine Tochter hat riesigen Spaß 😊✌🏼

Quality product, would recommend to anyone. Reasonably easy to put together. Would recommend having 3 people for the leg and base assembly. We managed with two but had to use some tape to hold the pieces together because they kept coming apart before we could railed all the legs. Fast shipping
