Vit C is quite amazing for its detoxing benefits. Typical Vit C Ascorbic Acid is water-soluble so is flushed out of my body fast. This one is fat soluble so stays in my body longer. I take one tablet morning and night daily. I find it clears my skin, detoxes, heals my surgery wounds faster, fast recovery from sports injuries, and keeps my body clear of toxins. One nice benefit I observed, is how blemish-free my skin became. It faded the age spots, freckles from sun, shrunk pores, make it lighten up and glow. I used to buy the bulk supplement powered form of Vit C, mixed it into my water bottle daily, but this one is more for skin tone and tissue healing after some surgeries I had. I found it worked well to repair skin fast, along with some collagen peptide powder and beef gelatin. Good stuff. Do not take during surgery, but before and after.

I used to take 'regular' vitamin C. I started taking it when I noticed a 'heavy chest' sensation whenever I would stay awake too long (I suffer with insomnia). I don't know why this happens, but it also happens to a friend of mine, who recommended the vitamin C. However, I read that Liposomal C is even more affective overall. Been a fan of this form of C for awhile now. The water form does not appear to last as long. Many of my supplements and antioxidants are enhanced through the use of C. Fat in your diet and other fat soluble nutrients appear to protect stomach but even the water soluble C should not be taken on an empty stomach. I never have issues with it. I keep doses at about one a day because Iam also taking the water form of C. Vitamin C can not be made by the body but all fat soluble supplements need to be watched so they don't overload the liver etc.

Seems pretty good but it's hard to tell if items nowadays but I trust the brand so you should as well

Been taking this everyday for almost a year now… so far i haven’t had colds and flu like symptoms. Gentle on my sensitive stomach. This brand/product will stay on my supplement list everyday.

These are not your parents old vitamin c supplements or those joke emergen Cs. Liposomal have way better bioavailability which means they are able to cross the blood-brain barrier and get to your cells more easily. Well worth the added cost cuz you are literally pi$$ing away your money on regular supplements. Do your research and you will see why liposomal rocks!
