It has a very nice sturdy glass frame. It was better than I expected. The color of the flames are perfect and it looks great. I wanted to kind of “create my own” look so I bought a TV stand separately and hid the cords inside the stand instead of buying a TV stand with a built in fireplace. The wall mount looks so much nicer and I don’t regret picking this one at all!

Used above our couch in a huge feature wall. It’s so pretty and kind of like a mirror it’s so shiny. It’s August so I haven’t used it but will surely enjoy this winter. Will wrap the cord with rope or something to hide it

The media could not be loaded. LOVE it! Very elegant and expensive looking! Will definitely bring some cozyness to your room! The flame looks very realistic and the color change options of the fuel bed and flame is an added bonus! I probably won’t use the heater much but it is quite and seems rather warming! Installation isn’t difficult just make sure you screw the fireplace mount into wall studs! It will need good support to stay on the wall!

The media could not be loaded. Love the look so much! You definitely need two people to install if you are putting it up high. This model the instructions didn't provide how to get the lava rocks and wooden decor on the inside I found a video online showing that you have to remove the entire glass facing to then add the decor inside. Once I removed the facing it made it so much lighter to hang which was great because by now my son gave up helping me lol I recommend adding extra screws since it was hung high.It's easy to use and love the color options also very quite. I have an open area so the heating produce was sufficient for my space! I get lot's of compliments on it which is the real reason I bought it 😁

I bought this fireplace and was very excited. It was one of the only options in white for a reasonable price. It was easy to install and looked great. Unfortunately it quit working within a few days. We replaced it with a new one and I am hoping it was a fluke and will not happen again. I am Leary about the timeline of this fireplace since it gave out so quickly. I hope to come back and write a better review down the road.

Our Dining room has more life and we love the flames and charcoal in the dark can't wait for the Chirstmas Holidays to come with decorations...

Glad I bought it. I was kind of iffy but bought it. It arrived in two days from amazon. Other than they don’t really describe how to put in crystals and fake wood, it is awesome. Only thing I would have asked for is the ability to set it in advance for when I get home so room is warm. It is a heavy unit. If you are in an apt like we are, you most likely will not hang this up on the wall. However it works just fine on a table etc. just make sure you leave top uncovered because that’s where the vents are. It’s gorgeous to look at. Can’t run it and use a hair dryer at the same time in my apt tho but that’s the apt problem. Don’t have one bad thing to say about this unit. My friends at work are also purchasing after they saw my pics of mine. Highly recommend.

Looks beautiful, easy to install, comes with rocks and wood (i use them both) to install them you have to remove the glass there is one screw on left and one screw on right side easy to notice as they are diferent colour.I personally use it for ambient only and mine is not built in inside wall only hangs but still looks great. Flames looks very real.There is space in behind enaugh so the cable wraps around and hides.used it for couple of weeks and i can only give 5 stars

Installed easily in large livingroom. Arrived in good time with no damage. Warms the room and looks beautiful

Others look nicer but at many times the cost.This one is a good value and nicer than many other value units

Easy to put up. Easy to use.Probably to small for the area I was hoping to warm up.

After 3rd use LED screen stopped working. Contacted the seller through Amazon and no response. Then contacted Amazon who told me to contact the manufacturer for replacement even though I have had for only 3 weeks. The email they supplied is incorrect. Avoid this product...zero warranty support
