Ceremonial Grade Japanese Matcha Green Tea Powder100g Caddy

The powder smells like seaweed, I guess..The outer package is cool, but the powder comes in an inner package, which I had trouble opening it and moving it out to the outer package. But that was probably my fault.It doesn't taste as pungent as organic green tea, which I consider a big plus! It actually makes me drink it more and more.The price is just a little high if you buy in small quantities, compared to the other options, but it is probably worth it.The powder dissolves quite well in warm water.I recommend it! It's brought me the Japanese spirit again.

I’ve tried a couple of Matcha Teas and this one is outstanding. I did some further research and found out that this particular brand was a 2016 winner of the great taste award. Not sure why this fact isn’t on the page! I really like the fact that a 40g case of Matcha is available for a price that a lot of other suppliers sell for 30g. I think a lot of people miss this brand because it looks like it only sells larger quantities on this listing and the smaller quantities are hidden.A fantastic tasting Matcha Tea at a very reasonable price considering it really is great quality.

A vibrant, proper ceremonial green matcha. Delicate and balanced on the palate, little to no sediment. Not to be wasted with matcha lattes or any milk or sweetener... Perfect as is. Beautiful. Others haven't even compared. You wouldn't expect a green tea to be silky, almost creamy. But here it is. Absolutely the best.

Bought the first order small pack 40g i think tasted good and had a lovely brite colour. On my second order 100g i could swear it wasnt the same quality. Had some odour and less bright colour if u did a blind test with a £12 pound japanese brand i ordered u couldnt tell the difference hence i reordered the japanese brand again and saved about £30 quid

This is the best pound for pound everyday matcha I have purchased. It is a bit more than other 100g lots that are available, but its worth the extra money. Very vibrant green, fine powdered texture, deep grassy flavours without bitterness. All at a semi affordable price, my new everyday matcha of choice. Edit: now gone up £5...down to 3 stars
