Liquid I.V. Hydration Electrolytes, Seaberry, 16 Count

I have a hard time staying hydrated on my own so I love Liquid IV. I got intrigued by the Seaberry flavor and decided to buy it. In my opinion, it's the best flavor I've had! It's sweet, but not overwhelmingly so. To me, this flavor kind of tastes like an adult Capri Sun? You get decently sized packets that can fit in your pocket or purse, and they come in a big bag you can store in your cupboard. They take a bit to fully dissolve (I have to stir quite a bit for mine) but to me the extra work I have to put in is worth it! I could also be mixing in too much power with the water, so don't let that stop you. It's helped me drink more water more often, which I'd say is worth it for the price if you struggle to drink water like me.

I use Liquid IV to offset the effects of my BP medication. Works great for that purpose. The powder dissolves easily with water and really tastes good. It gives me the minerals that I need to keep my blood tests in the normal range, which helps me to feel better, too. The flavor is great and there isn't any obnoxious color dye in it. It just looks like slightly cloudy water. The taste is hard to describe, so I'm going to assume that's what a seaberry tastes like. We don't have seaberries in the upper Midwest, so I'm placing my faith in the manufacturer. It tastes good, is the basic review there.

Most of the liquid IV flavors taste great. They kept me hydrated during June and July while moving a house. It is definitely my go to drink of choice in this high heat and humidity.

I usually like grape, cherry and tart citrus flavors. Took a chance on the seaberry flavor without any frame of reference, and so glad I did. It’s delicious! I would compare to a sweet, mildly tart citrus flavor with a subtle hint of fruit punch. Glad to add this to my arsenal as a breastfeeding mama!

I work 12 hour shifts and have to remind myself to drink. The Liquid IV additive makes me want to drink more water. The salt and sugar are great pick-me-ups. I purchase them when there is a Prime day or a sale. Usually this makes them about $1 per single packet. The sea berry is a good flavor. I use 1/2 pack in my 700 mL water bottle because I do not like super concentrated flavors in my water. I keep reaching for it because it tastes so good. It is gone before I know it. Very addictive. My favorite flavor is watermelon, which tastes exactly like salted sweet watermelon. Pina Colada is a close second. They all have a slight salty flavor but it was especially noticeable and a little weird in the Strawberry flavor.

I've tried a lot of Liquid I.V. flavors and Seaberry is in a completely different league. It's this bright, slightly citrusy berry flavor that's just incredibly refreshing and not at all artificial tasting. I look forward to my water now, which is saying something. I have this all time when I play tennis, especially on the hot summer days when it's super hot and I need some refreshment in between whiffing the ball Full disclosure: I've poured some of the powder directly in my mouth and washed it down with a sip of water like one of those old-school candy powders, because the flavor is just that good. Highly recommend if you've been sleeping on this one

I've tried several flavors of Liquid IV since I have POTS and have to drink a lot of fluids and increase my salt intake. Strawberry was just way too sweet. Watermelon is also intense. Couldn't stand the Acai, unfortunately. Before Seaberry, the best flavor for me was Passion Fruit followed by Guava. I can tolerate the Tropical Punch as well, but Seaberry is my absolute favorite. It's not too strong and pairs well with the sweet/salty electrolytes. That said, I cannot tolerate ANY of the Liquid IV flavors at full strength. I have to cut them in half, but even at half strength it helps me with my POTS symptoms.
