I have cyclothymia bipolar disorder and this product has had a dramatic effect on my quality of life. After a few days taking it I completely stopped cycling and have felt the most stable I have been in many years. I was actually prescribed this by my doctor. After genetic brain testing it was revealed that I am bi-polar and need methylfolate as I am depleted in it. I've been taking this for years and in tandem with other medications I have had no signs of my bipolar disorder since I started taking it. I would recommend it.

This was given for brain support. Who knows what is in vitamins. But I take it and feel it helps.
