Superb qualify and easy to use, had no idea something like this would be so great! I did find you need a steady hand to get accurate measurements, and the reading included the length of the tool, so if you measure something and it says 7”, it’s really 2” because it includes the 5” length of the tool, but again depends on how you’re holding it.

I got this Dewalt laser measure as a gift for my dad, and he absolutely loves it! He’s super handy and does most of the house projects himself, so this tool has been a real game-changer for him. It’s perfect for those long measurements or tricky spots where using a tape measure just doesn’t cut it. The laser is super accurate and easy to use, and it has made measuring large spaces or hard-to-reach areas so much faster and more efficient. My dad uses it all the time, and it’s definitely become one of his go-to tools. The tool is a nice compact size and light weight which makes it easy to put in you pocket. It feels solid in your hand and has some great functions for full room measurement. It is perfect for large jobs but don’t use it for precision measurement. The accuracy seems to be plus or minus an inch.

Measuring sq footage for bids has never been easier or faster. I don’t really use the app. Definitely satisfied with the purchase.

It's a decent measure. Doesn't zap batteries and fairly easy to use. It definitely has some issues with long measurements, especially in the sun, and when you take short measurements it takes like 10-20 seconds to register. I've always had problems with DeWalt laser measures. The expensive one I bought started having issues within a year and DeWalt basically told me I was full of it and brushed me off. We'll see how this one turns out. Beats Bosch, that one is garbage.

Bought this as an anniversary gift for my husband and he loved it! DeWalt is a trustworthy brand and it didn't disappoint. He had just taken some measurements for a project and using this gave almost exactly the same measurements - he was very pleased. And I didn't have to hold the measuring tape! ;-)
