I got these to put in our cars in case of an accident, stalled car, flat tire, etc. You never know when it may happen or what the weather will be like when it does. The nice thing about these Mylar blankets is they are basically paper thin but they reflect all of your body heat back to you. They will help keep you warm in bad weather and they take up virtually no space so they are easy to store in your car, purse, backpack, or wherever you might need them. I have not fully unfolded one of these yet but the weight and strength of the film is on par with Mylar blankets I've bought in the past.

I like the size of the blanket I used it to put up under my curtains over windows to help with heating costs, it is also good for being a way to have black out curtains. This is very versatile, and I like to buy products that can serve multiple purposes. Wish came in a 2 or 4 pack 1 was not enough but good to have.
