WHY SENT AS NEW WHEN NOT . ??
THE ITEM WAS DESCRIBED AS NEW BUT WAS NOT... IT HAD BEEN RETURNED BEFORE...THE BASE WAS DENTED AND SCRATCHED..NORMALLY IT WOULD HAVE BEEN RETURNED BUT OUR COMMUNITY CENTRE IS BEING USED AS SUPPORT TO A VACCINE CENTRE, FREE OF CHARGE. SO WE HAD TO MEET ACCESS REQUIREMENTS.. AS OUR NEEDS WERE IMMEDIATE WE HAVE RETAINED THEM SO THE SUPPORT CENTRE COULD MEET COVID 19 COMPLIANCE STANDARDS.. IN REALITY SHOULD HAVE BEEN SOLD AS RECONDITIONED.. SQUASHED BOX AND RETURN LABELS STILL IN EXISTANCE..
