I have to be honest and say that when I ordered this, I was expecting the vials to contain some sort of serum in them. My bad! They do not. I find that using my own serum after using this tool works just as well but that is an added expense I didn’t realize when purchasing. Don’t confuse it with other products that come with the serum like I did. That being said, I love how easy this is to use and I am seeing some results within the first 2 weeks that I have been using. I think that I need to use more on a regular basis before I see a more substantial result. I was a little afraid to use this at first and am currently only using the smallest needles but find that it does not hurt as expected and may try the longer needling soon. I do love the quality, the speed choices and that i can quickly add my serum after each use. I do wish they would include serum in the vials which would make it easier and all in one step. Definitely recommend if you have mature skin and want to see smoother skin.

Great product, I just did my very own plasma treatment using my own blood. The machine is very easy to use .

Watch the Dr. Pen how to video so that you know what else to get. It’s fairly simple and saves loads of money. I spent less than $200 on everything I needed to make this successful and the supplies lasts for months and months. Vs going to a clinic to have it done and spending $100-$300 every month.My skin looks so good after. Pores are smaller looking and hopefully the more I do it, the more I’ll see my wrinkles shrink. Month 3 next week.

Was a bit hard to set needles to right length but now I got it.Works great.

pretty straight forward device.. this seems to be on par with the high quality microneedling pens. I will update with any pictures if I get some crazy results but it works and came as advertised.

This is a very durable and high quality microneedling pen. As a RN who did microneedling in a cosmetic facility, this pen is very similar to the SkinPen. I absolutely love this product and love that it comes with replaceable cartridges. Definitely worth it, if you know how to microneedle. So glad I finally bought one.

The first pen I received did not work. I charged it for hours and it still wouldn’t turn on. I contacted Amazon support & I received a new one last week. The new pen didn’t turn on straight out the box, however I wasn’t expecting it too. As soon as I placed the pen on the charger, it turned on immediately. I was happy!My review is solely based on the product itself, and not results since I’ve only used it once.Hopefully everyone who purchased a microneedling pen has researched the do’s and don’t’s. Such as what products to use before and after your at home treatment. Although I did a significant amount of research before purchasing, after watching a few YouTube videos, I found out some of the products I was using couldn’t be used within 4-5 days before or after treatment. Thank goodness I watched the videos before I started using the pen.The pen:I felt little to no pain, however, I did purchase a numbing cream. (Some people prefer not to use a numbing cream.) I let the numbing cream set for 30 minutes before starting the treatment.Everything was going great until 5 minutes in when the needle cartridge popped off and went flying on the floor!! I placed a new one on, and less than a minute later, the same thing happened again!!!I did read a few comments about being careful when assembling the product. I’m assuming they’re referring to the needle cartridge because the pen itself doesn’t need assembling.It’s too early to tell if this product is a piece of junk, but I’ll continue to update my review the more I use it. I did read the instructions, more than once I might add. Very helpful but the instructions could contain a lot more information.Fix the cartridge problem! This is very dangerous! Especially if others are around!!!
