I should have read better because these are made with brown sugar and had I realized that I would not have bought them. I prepared them according to package directions. First, they are clear green, not the dark color like at the shop. That’s ok, especially if it means no junk. Second, they are smaller than the ones at the bubble tea shop. I guess I can live with that, but I would have liked them to be the size of blueberries rather than the size of peas. But, the deal breaker for me, is the texture is not the same as the tea shop. The ones at the shop are chewy but these are softer. I’ll finish the ones I have but I won’t buy them again because they are smaller and have a different texture and are made with brown sugar. If I could give 3.5 stars I would, because they are not awful.
