Your intestines have a specialized machinery for handling iron. That is where iron is absorbed as well as transferred to storage, which is either in your liver or your bone marrow. Transdermal supplements only work best if they are small enough molecularly speaking and if they are lipid soluble enough. Iron compounds and iron ions, unfortunately are not built that way. The compounds in the ions are too large and the skin barrier is biologically engineered in a way that it makes it very difficult for iron to get through the skin barrier by just absorbing through the skin so I am gonna give this a one star review and I am going to request a refund because this is a scam
