Thick and creamy, but very, very bitter...
The yogurt was respectable enough with it's consistency, but it's *taste* was very... "off"... Very, very bitter...

Not as advertised
I have been waiting to leave a review for this product to make sure that it could be used in perpetuity as advertised. I have now used the same yoghurt 3 times after the original one and the yoghurt is not setting at all. It worked perfectly two times, third was runny and today, not at all. It is my view that this culture is no better than shop bought live yoghurt with no staying power as the culture is simply not varied enough. Disappointing.
