It allows me to power through my third set with a lot of difficulty, where without the bands 3 sets wasn’t even a challenge unless I went up in weight, but that would challenge me on the first set. I’m actually seeing an increase in strength and muscle, without having to add a dangerous amount of weight. The only problem is, when putting them on your own arms, it is so easy to pinch yourself with the band or the clip.
