Bought this for our Allen bike trailer - so we could use it on both bikes easily. Fits perfectly, easy to install, high quality, works well, and amazing price!

The design of this doesn't make it fit with the actual trailer. I've had to use tools to be able to make it fit. Maybe I picked the wrong model, but it was a pain to install. And now I can't remove it unless I do it from the back wheel of the bike.

I bought this to use with a free second-hand child trailer/carrier made by Master Cycle. The trailer is complete except for this piece that bolts to the bike. This one is slightly too large in diameter to fit into the trailer coupling. However, my trailer's coupling has very thick walls and It will be simple for me to drill the coupling to accept this larger attachment. I nearly got rid of the bike trailer because I couldn't find any information or parts available for it, so I was very excited to find this piece and get it back on the road.

It's very stable but a bit hard to remove

Can't believe these are out here on Amazon for us to find. I have a growing toddler. From time to time, sits in a trailer hitched tent cart hooked to my bike. At times my wife uses her bike to take the kid out. But She would have to and take this hitch off my bike and put it on hers. Although our rear wheels have a quick-release mechanism for easy removal, but the action of doing so still takes some effort, especially for my wife.I put this extra piece on her bike, now both our bikes are fitted with these. The trailer can hitch to both our bikes without having to do another hitch transfer. It's just wonderful.A little bit about this item. Although this isn't being sold by the same manufacturer that makes my toddler's trailer, these fit perfectly. The hitch actually has a very nicely finished coating on it, and there are not sharp edges which aren't attended to during manufacturing. It's basically the exact same item as the OEM. Overall, very happy to have this extra hitch. Saves us tons of stress and work so that we don't have to deal with transferring a hitch between two bikes.

The product details say it’s compatible with the Alan bike trailer, but it was too big. My husband spent 30 minutes grinding it down with trial and error to make it fit. Now that it fits though it does the job and it’s sturdy.

We've had these type of bike hitches before. My son likes to put then on his bike and pull a trailer around the neighborhood gathering things people throw out or from garage sales. This type of hitch works on multiple bike styles including his electric Jetson Pro. He is used it on regular mountain bikes and BMX style as well. It is easy to use. Just mount it using the existing nut on the rear wheel and then use the supplied pin to "hitch" the trailer to the bike.
