The bag ripped at the stitching as soon as it was opened. Poorly made. Returned for refund

Damaged - split seam
I opened up the bag for the first time today to find a 3/4 inch split along the seam on the pocket side. I'm really disappointed as I've had the same brand foldup bag for a few years now and it's been brilliant
