Can this be refilled from a tub?

Yes it can, but its a little sloppy. I have found that the best way to refill TG-01's is with a TG-12 cartridge if you need that much Tef-Gel

Can this be used on steel bolts going into aluminium? I was going to use copper antiseize but was warned about galvanic corrosion.

This product has pfas?

The Caution portion of the Application section states 'Contains Fluorocarbon polymer' or PTFE not PFAS. PTFEs are in everything from laptops, Cell phones, etc... Also states use gloves with use.

This product is described as "anyi-gull". Is that supposed to be "anti-gall"? Or what?

Anti-gall is correct. Great product to prevent galling.
