GLAD Press'n Seal Multi Purpose Sealing Wrap 70-Foot Roll (21.6 x 30cm)

This stuff is perfect for wrapping stems to get a good tight seal before putting real flowers and foliage on cakes. It's so much thicker than clingfilm and reliably sticks to itself for a secure wrap. I can relax, knowing that it won't split and will keep any sap from leaking into my cakes. I can therefore use straws to hold multiple stems and insert into the cake without having to bung up one end with sugarpaste in case of sap leakage. The tight seal also helps to retain moisture in the flowers so they look fresh for a little bit longer. This stuff is a bit pricey, but for my purpose, I use very small strips each time, so it will last a long time.

Used this in the USA so was delighted to find it available here. So much easier to use than standard cling film. Easier to pull out and tear off the right amount. Seals round bowls and sticks to itself quite firmly. Great for wrapping sandwiches and even used to stay around fruit to hold together and stop bruising. Great value for money too.

This product is good. I wouldn’t say it’s fantastic, and I wouldn’t say it’s worth the extra money. Good for covering items, but then clingfilm does an equally good job at a fraction of the price. It is thicker thank clingfilm though.

Great product its a great shame it is not sold wildly in UK supermarkets. I have brought this back many times from the USA. Love the sticky adhesive on one side

Fantastic product and microwave and oven proof and often firm favourite in Japan for wrapping foods and it self sticks, whilst expensive it is worth every penny

Sticks great, airtight maybe food safe.. ? I have noticed all my polymer clay that gets wrapped in this stuff comes back out covered in the gluey bits leaving the wrap, non sticky. Doesn't seem to affect the final models but maybe check your food items if your using it for its intended purpose. You may be ingesting more glue than needed. (If there's ever been a need at all that is.)

Press'n Seal is a multi purpose cling film, but it has a slightly tacky coating, allowing it to stick to itself as you wrap it around items. The tackiness doesn’t transfer, however. The roll is 70ft long (21.6 x 30cm). We didn’t buy this to use on food, my wife is a paper crafter and watched several demonstrations by crafter Jennifer McGuire, who’s husband helped develop this product. She uses it to keep cutting dies in place, (when even low tack tape rips paper,) due to its sticky nature, and is a ‘Go To’ tool when paper piecing. It can be used over and over again. It’s far easier to use this product than taping items down, on felt too, as you can see by the photos, just lay a sheet over the job and the dies stay in place, it’s so simple an idea. My wife used the 5” strip over 20 times , and completed the cutting out of numbers in less half the time than without Press’n Seal. It’s a bit pricey for a roll, but at 70ft long, I don’t see myself having to buy anymore, for a couple of years, as a small piece goes a long long way. My wife (and other crafters!) is really happy to recommend.

Je connaissais ce produit. Cher, certes. Mais pratique pour congeler des produits tels que pizzas... Le film adhère bien et se retire aussi facilement. Contente d'avoir retrouvé ce produit.

Un produit fantastique ! Ça adhère parfaitement. Pour les pousses de pâtes c'est génial. Pour emballer les sandwich également. Et ça se réutilise !
