Bought this because I have somewhat elevated blood pressure, and still wanted something to help put some pep in the step in the gym. Right around the 20 minute mark I got that familiar skin tingle sensation in my face. Once I got moving it felt like it really delivered a clean, level boost of energy. There wasn’t that huge burst at the beginning, but I do feel that it helped through my entire workout, wearing off around two hour mark. Happy I bought it. Would purchase again. Oh and it tastes decent. 5 stars

Great taste and no caffeine. You get desired effective but your face will be a little itchy. Energy level is higher during a workout. No jitteriness and it’s a fair price for the product.

I was very hesitant of this product due to having no caffeine. After one workout I was hooked. My face began to tingle and while I was in the middle of a set I began to feel the strength from a thousand gorillas. I blame this preworkout solely for allowing me to bench 315 even if it was only once. It does not taste chocky at all and it did not clump. I actually threw it in a regular water bottle and it disolved fine.

Perfect if you go to the gym at night. Still has a little bit of a tingle but nothing terrible. Still able to take at night and not have to worry about staying awake. Highly recommend.

I’m not someone who writes reviews often but I felt this is necessary. I’ve been lifting since 2012. I don’t drink pop or energy drinks so my caffeine tolerance is low. I recently started drinking caffeine in the morning on the way to work and noticed now when I take my normal pre workout (ON) I have been crashing in the evenings. So I decide to try a non stimulant. This preworkout hurts more then helps in my case. I get zero pump, the skin crawling affect from the beta alanine is a lot (I hate this affect through all preworkouts though so take that with a grain of salt)…. But the worst part of all is the light headedness and jittery feeling. It’s so bad I can literally lift more without a supplement than with this. I can’t even concentrate on moving weight because I’m to busy focusing on staying stable. This product has mostly good reviews and honestly I don’t know how. But just let it be known… it’s not for everyone. After 3 attempts with this, it’s in the trash. I’d rather have evening crashes than deal with how this makes me feel.

The good, great pre I mean it it’s as advertised. Clean focused pumped workouts. Can push around as much weight when I’m on the high stim pres. the bad, now this is my review so remember it’s just my opinion, the overall tastes and ability to drink it. Now it could have been a bad batch and that happens at times that’s why it’s getting three stars but if you can’t really use it then all the good goes out the window. This is not an issue with the brand as I am currently on their “regular” strawberry and that one is fantastic. Anyhow hope this helped just one person, and if it did I know in my own way I’m saving humanity
