Sizing is wrong
I bought the s/m size a couple months ago. While it's listed at 7.5", it doesn't even measure that much when layed out flat. When the ends are plugged in to each other, the circumference is more like 7". My wrist is just small enough to wear it, but it's a closer fit than I wanted. Like others here, I too have had trouble with the ends sliding apart. Lastly, the forms need more space for medication, and insurance listing. This was definitely made for a healthy active person, not someone with major health issues.Update - Less than a month after I began wearing it, the metal USB end was covered in rust, though never immersed in water nor worn in the shower. Last week, the ends popped apart at some point while I was in a fabric store. There's not a snowball's chance I can find it amongst the bolts, so it's gone for good. Dropping this review from three stars to one!

Bad Idea
Since I have medical issues, I felt the Medical Alert Bracelet would be a good idea. However the program was unstable and it was near impossible to enter the medical data.

USB Medical Braclet
I purchased for myself and brother-in-law. Great idea and at a reasonable price. Nothing fancy, just the basics. I copied the PDF and Word forms because we needed more room for medications than was available on the form. Just added a different name and everything saved as promised. I have to clean the metal part of the USB about once a month because of sweat/rust build up on the surface and inside the silicone. I added my living will, burial requirements, obituary details, and other information helpful to medical as well as family members. Well worth the price. I let the folks at Walgreen's know about the product and they thought it was a great idea and they plan to carry the item soon.

Medical Alert
This is my second one of this item due to after many years the bands do wear out. Lasts me at least 5 yrs maybe more. I think ANYONE who has multiple medical issues needs one of these. You can put so much on them unlike a premade alert bracelet. I have all my medcial diagnoses, medications, emergency contact, doctor (along with name and number etc), I like being able to edit anything on it at any time, just plug it into USB Port. All emergency personel/facilities have ability to access information on it. Haven't even touched the maximun capacity this will hold.

I want to love it - but ...
I waited awhile to write this review - so that I could wear and test this product and give an honest opinion of wear over time. Here is what I have found. This is a great concept. I had very little trouble filling out the information. I have A LOT - ended up being six pages of medical info. I saw some people saying there wasn't enough room, but I didn't see this as a problem. (Maybe they've fixed this.) I was able to add as much as I needed. There are two types of files to open, Word and Adobe, that you can fill out. They are identical, just made for different programs. (I suggest filling out both so that whomever needs to access it, can choose the file best for them. Although, it is very time consuming to fill out if you have a lot of information, and I haven't had the time yet to fill out the second form.) I haven't had any trouble having it load on a computer yet - although, after filling it all out once, for whatever reason, parts of it didn't save to the drive, so I had to redo it. So, from there on out, I made copies of it on my hard drive so that I just needed to copy and paste to fix anything that may not be there. There was also a slight problem with the formatting once, since I had to add more information, but a quick delete of all their formatting and creating my own, fixed this. (Not hard at all. Just click in the empty space, select all, hit delete, and then start typing.) If you make a mistake, or accidentally delete something you shouldn't, there's always the handy 'undo' button. (My best friend at times.)I like that you can put any information that you want/need in this. It is great for those of us who need a lot of space, and who have a lot of medical history, and who can't use a simple one or two lined medical bracelet because of that. There is more than one size to fit your wrist. I chose the medium, and although it's a little big, I like it's fit. I wash my hands with it without problem. (I haven't showered in it.) And it's user and wearer friendly. I can usually put it on by myself. What I DON'T like about it, is that after a month or so of wearing it, the metal USB part does not like to fit into the silicon sheath as well anymore. It's like the sheath has been stretched, and so it is constantly slipping out, and I was always adjusting it and fixing it, or putting it back on. As of today, I'm not quite sure where it is. It kept falling off the other day, and now I'm hoping it has fallen off somewhere that I will get it back, or find it. I'm not sure how they can fix this issue, but there has to be a way. Because if they could fix just this one flaw (and a big one if you lose it like I did - then it doesn't do you much good.) Then I wouldn't have any complaints and for me, it'd be a perfect product. (Although, I could really go for some other colors! At the same time, the white does stick out. I guess you want something the medical community is going to look for...)All in all, it's a good product. I love the concept, and I like the bracelet. And the price was really great too. It's comfortable. It holds everything I need it to. I just need a way to keep it on my wrist so that I don't lose it. Again. (If I find it. Or order another one. Which I probably will. Because really, for those of us who have a whole slew of medical information, our options are limited.)

Medical Alert Bracelet USB
I chose this rating because the bracelet does not work. The medical information will not download from the computer to the bracelet, therefore it is useless.

don't like it
Probably really nothing wrong with this I just don't like it. It's way to bulky for my six year old. He wants nothing to do with it.

Bracelet
I like it, but it does start to slip apart once in a while. I have worn it in the pool and it seems to be ok.
