Tin contains 20 sachets. Each sachet contains enough tea to brew a 12 ounce cup of tea. BREWING SUGGESTION Tea is only as good as the water it is brewed in. Use filtered water as needed. Use one sachet for each cup of tea desired. Pour 212F water over the tea and infuse for 5 minutes. Remove the sachet. Relax and enjoy. Contains caffeine, 40-60 milligrams per cup. **Q: Is this decaf available in pods or loose tea or only in bags?**
A: I purchased tea bags from Amazon, not sure they carry loose or pods. You could go to Harney & Sons website for tea bags & loose, don’t think they have pods.

**Q: Exactly how many tea bags do you get?  Is it 20 or 80?**
A: I trusted that the listing had 4 tins of 20 based on the $.27 per bag description. I was only sent one tin, and the seller responded that the price was for only one.

**Q: Is this tea decaffeinated with a water or chemical process?**
A: The tea in this blend is decaffeinated using the CO2 method of caffeine extraction (water process).

**Q: Dose this tea have any kind of sweetener in it?  I was told that where it said natural and artificial flavors means that it can have a sweetener.**
A: Although the taste is sweet, it is supposed to be due to the combination of spices.  I do not like artificial sweeteners, and it taste completely natural to me. I love this tea.

This is my second decaf cinnamon tea flavor from H&S. It is stunningly, delicious drink that delivers all the warmth of traditional cinnamon spice with hints of vanilla, orange, and mint. It has a naturally sweet cinnamon aroma and a smooth, slightly spicy flavor that feels soothing leaving me wanting more. The absence of caffeine makes it perfect for evenings or winding down before bed. Tea flavor can be enhanced by adding sugar, artificial sweetener, or honey. I have not tried it with milk, but I am sure it would add a creamy smoothness. Highly recommend to any tea lover or a gift for your tea connoisseur.
