I broke the main bone in my wrist some years back and it often aches whilst moving + pressure, like press ups, motorcycling ect would this help?

Is this suitable for use where there is carpel tunnel synrome?

No, it is to support the ulna head joint, hence the gap on the back of the hand towards the ulna bone. I find it wonderful for this, but having had carpel tunnel syndrome on both hands I can confirm this is not suitable.

I was just wondering if this product would help if i had fcu? it hurts when i lift parcels at work.

Not 100% certain but it would definitely help to support your wrist and reduce the risk of future damage. I had shredded my cartilage after a fall. Thw widget really helped, but I did wear it fir 24 hours a day for about 4 months. Hope this helps
