I can confirm that they do read low, i have a dedicated capacitor tester, and the 2200uF capacitors are showing between 1200 and 1800uF.... possibly ok for a few smaller repairs, but im trying to repair a mains power board and if the values are that out i doubt replacing all the capacitors is worth it, ill get myself a better quality kit

Absolutely Rubbish used two of them originally to repair a TV. They would only last two weeks before blowing the covers completely off. I then replaced them again and same would happen, so in the end I decided to order a different brand same specs fitted them, and has been fine since.
