Faster compared to other android TVs I've seen. Great for the price. But don't know much about the support offered. Can't find a authorised service centre near me. The sound is amazing, picture quality is amazing. Go for it!

Picture quality is great.. Though it depends on input. Surprised to see up scaling of SD channels like kids cartoon channels to a relatively nice quality in this display size.Audio is truely amazing. Lound enough to get rid of avg 2.1 system,it can beat most of TVs I guess.Connection options are great. eARC, optical are available.3gb ram, processor are good.Only issue might be input video quality. Screen bleeding at times with some OTT apps like with old Hollywood movies on Jio cinema.Rest is fine.. Colors and brightness is biggest plus as mentioned by many people already.Amazon has delivered it on one day.. Installation was nice.. Overall pleasing experience

I bought this TV after due consideration, weighing all pros and cons. It was delivered to me 7 days back. I turned on the TV, the picture quality was good and audio quality was flat but ok. Then it all started the maximum video that I had played in a single go is 5 min, unable to play 4K videos, it just freezes as soon as I start a 4K video and automatically switches off, unable to play PS5 for even a decent 5min. All in all if you are buying a TV for 1Lakh and want to use it as a screen wallpaper then it’s a good choice, but if you intend to use it as a 4K tv to play movies and games please avoid. Not worth your time and money plus you don’t want to go through Amazon’s home services, that is also pathetic. 2. When the TV initially got delivered to me, I had a scheduled visit from Amazon home services agent, but to my surprise the agent visited put up a review that the site is not ready and on ground he never even showed up, and this again happened second time. So apparently Amazon home services agent have some divine power that they can see my room from the comfort of their homes and decide that the site is not ready. Added to misery is the Amazon customer services to whom I am writing from last 4 days, and now when I had returned the tv they are calling to check whether the installation service agent, who was supposed to visit the site 6days back, showed up or not. No customer support, no response to calls, no response to emails either. Poor show from One plus for making a 1lakh+ costing wallpaper and simultaneously poor show from Amazon. Pro tip- don’t buy this product, you’ll regret,Go for some better options like LG, Sony. I hope in future if we can get an option to give zero for product review.

Bought this tv in sale for very low price. Awesome picture quality. Comes with inbuilt soundbar which gives superb audio output.but No contact with installation services. Proper contact cannot be made even after rescheduling. After all this it was said that your service has been cancelled. Amazon should change service provider. The coustomer is getting upset because of this.

The TV is one of the best available out there. For under 60k, this is tv offers great features. Try matching its features with comparable priced ones or from the reputed brands and you will find none.Yes, oneplus has come out of the TV business and service is a concern, but even our so called reliable brands do not support their TV's after 3 years or so. Even when support is avaialable, we have to shell out almost half the TV price to get it repaired. So fast is the technology changing....Buy it, enjoy it till it gives you the service. Oneplus is a reliable brand.I have been using the Q1 for three years now. Barring the remote, the TV has been functioning as new...

I have been following this TV since its launch reading reviews, pros, cons etc. Felt like one of the best TVs in this segment with aggressive price tag. Though I looked out for other options considering OnePlus TV market in India and its Service support. My interest in this TV didn't go away with the kind of specifications that it is offering. Bought this TV in Prime Day Sale for 55k. TV got delivered next day, installation was done 2 days after delivery. And say it's the best in terms of screen quality and sound. Software is cool and easy to use. There are so many options in colour settings, it's always bright in any day light.PS: 4.1 rating in Amazon, this worried me a bit but I opted for Complete Protection Plan for 3 years which can now save me for further costing. Atleast for 3 years from now I can been breathe freely.

No 1 quality, good performance, high quality sounds, not need extra sound system. But very bad installation service, still not get any service person to install the tv. we locally installed from some one with extra cost Rs.1000
