Waterproof? Water resistance? - quality would be a better metric!
Yes the cover seems keep water of the grill but when you only measure that and value for the money, the metric gets skewed. Please replace one of the metrics to account for quality. Material is pretty thin, while yes it will cover for water, I could achieve the same by placing a black trash bag over the grill. Value for the money does not equate to quality, again a big black trash bag will probably cost less than a dollar and achieve the same results, so in this carefully note that value for money actually might be a counterproductive metric.
