Easy to take and no side effects noticed
I shattered my collar bone snowboarding over Christmas requiring surgery. Had my 5-week post-op X-rays and the bones are knitting like they should. I wouldn’t say I healed faster or slower than the doc expected. Right on track. So I wouldn’t say I had crazy good or bad results. Easy to swallow despite their size. No side effects that I noticed. My wife is a doc, and I guess vitamin D deficiency is a big problem these days because so many people don’t go outside anymore and they eat crappy food. I don’t have those problems, so I’ll call it a wash.

So far I've seen a positive difference in my fingernails. Easy to swallow. No aftertaste. Good value compared to others on the market because of the type of magnesium in this formula I only take 2 a day because they will make you have more bowel movements.
