Q: Can these be machine washed and dried? Using for cloth face masks

Yes. I used them for making cloth face masks for children. They stand up to washing and drying.

Q: Can anyone confirm that there are 2 of every color as represented on the site for the mixed color, it says 36-pc and appears to be 18 different colors

In effect there is 2 of each color. They are pretty big so if you have thin hair or not a lot it takes a few rounds to finish the entire headband.

Q: Do these fit Toddlers?

I have used these for many headbands. I always cut them in half and they comfortably stretch to my toddlers head and even to my own. Plus then you get double the headbands! They always shrink back to about their starting size too.

Q: Will it for a two year old

Yes. I have used them for myself to try them out, they are very strong, of course for me is a little bit too tight and I have a big head, so for sure will fit a toddler and probably up to 6 years old without being to tight. Hope this helps!
