Does what it says on the tin, worth the purchase. Slight hiccup with the delivery in that it arrived around a week later than anticipated but this was due to an issue on the part of the courier, and the seller couldn't have been more helpful when contacted to ask for an update. Recommended.

While I certainly considered cheaper alternatives, I decided that with a product like this I would go with the Velux original. It was expensive, but I think worth it. Its elegantly designed, blissfully easy to use (as long as one approaches the job sensibly and as recommended by the instructions), and does precisely what it is meant to do. Velux windows are by necessity heavy and can be awkward to handle, especially with a pole, but this copes as well as it is possible to do. I do not regret the purchase for a second.

Brilliant, sturdy, original Velux pole. Opens and closes the window in the ceiling perfectly, really happy. There was a slight delay in delivery due entirely to the courier but the seller immediately chased and it arrived the next day.

Serves me right for not installing electric velux. Pole is very well made. Does take a few goes to get to know how to use it properly. On my velux windows i have a center bar on the pull handle of the window that I use to stop the hook head from sliding i push against it to help when closing make sure you hold the telescopic rod at an angle approx 45 degrees should come with a user guide.

This product wasn’t delivered the next day as an Amazon Prime customer thought this would happen so may be my fault not reading the delivery date properly. It came well packaged and was very easy to use , pole extends so I could reach all the Veralux windows in my property very pleased

Hook broke within a month of use, however, customer service was very good and a replacement is being sent. Fingers crossed that lasts considerably longer!

Appena arrivato e testato subito. Un bel oggetto, solido e fa il suo lavoro. Va preso un po la mano per trovare il modo giusto per aprire il lucernario, per evitare di forzarlo inutilmente. Più che soddisfatto.
