I used this as the cord for a DYI magnetic wall hangar for a 3x5 foot US flag I had flown over the US Capital. The braided leather allowed for a decorative screw to go through it to secure it to the wood without any issue. The leather cut nicely with a razor blade without unraveling. I recommend this for similar uses and will buy it again. The flag will be hung in my USMC patriotic home office. I will post a picture once the flag is on the wall.
