Broken Ring
I had one of the rings break during 2nd use of product, need to replace it. Best way to get a replacement ring?

Great product but Amazon made mistake…
Have 2 of these, this is my 3rd purchase. Received today, when I opened up the package the actual Booma Rein package was ripped and missing the main large O-ring to attach your reins to. It was not securely snapped, surprised the other two rings were still there.Thankfully I have my old one attached to my saddle which has worn out over time and has the O-ring. At least I don’t have to send it back but still, Amazon you should check these things before sending out. This is a terrific product, I won’t ride without them now❤️🐴. PLEASE MAKE MORE COLORS!! Orange would be great!

In theory, excellent idea but..
The idea behind this item is great. I used it several times. However a SAFETY issue I want to point out is to BE SURE to check into the length of slack you use! I left more slack so my horse could graze on breaks on trail rides. HOWEVER, the carabiner is big enough to slip over the clips on the reins connecting to the bit! My mare was not wanting to turn right when we started moving again. Odd behavior for her. I looked down and the carabiner was caught on the clip, resulting in her head being tipped and stuck left. Could have been a wreck. So I don't recommend leaving it long enough for grazing. For kids in arenas and similar situations, it prob works well. Not knocking the product completely, just use caution!

Product is well made, but color is off
The color in the picture looks more like aqua, this is definitely a straight light blue (more like the actual stone turquoise).

Why so much for a piece of elastic
I lost mine and had to replace it. I can't be without it but the price is ridiculous.

Excellent product
Works great. Purchased for a five year old to use. The horse has tripped several times and would have been a wreck easily if it were not for the booma rein holder. It kept the reins up out of the horses way and the child could easily recover the reins. Definitely recommend.

Brilliant!
I kept saying to myself I was going to come up with something like this and I fiddled around and "Boom" someone did it. I used it and it is the best invention. When I was cinching my horse he went to bend his head down and was restricted which was helpful then I lengthened it when riding so when we came to a stream he could reach the water and I didn't have to practically fall over his head trying to hang on to the reins.Thank you so much for coming up with this.
