I was hesitant to buy ANY socks after buying 3 different brands only to have them fall apart before 1 week in some cases. These socks are well worth every penny. Solid quality and have not broken yet. My teen son is very rough on all his clothing and these have held up. If these socks can withstand the clothing destroyer that is my now size medium young man who plays rugby and lifts weights, they can handle a good hike or long runs. I am pleased to say they are the best socks I have purchased in a long time. Strong, well made, soft and worth the money. I WILL 1000% buy these again.
