It is blue raspberry. No lemon at all. I was very disappointed.

As a nurse, I would say no. These are fizzy candies and I don’t think they would help with stomach sickness. In fact, they might make it worse. Great retro candy treat when your stomach is up for a nice candy treat. Enjoy!
