For me, this was a replacement of an existing 80W light. It is certainly brighter and is nice to have as a porch light. Has a screw connection and a like-for-like replacement for the older light.There were cheaper lights,, though they seemed to have a higher wattage equivalent, and this one was also waterproof capability.

This is an excellent bulb for lighting our patio. As a light I would say it was brilliant, please excuse the pun. it is well worth paying a little extra, and it comes with a two year guarantee. If you are looking for external lighting I would recommend this product.

Received and fitted last week, they are much brighter than our previous model and the range is longer too. I have already put these lights on my replacement order list for next time.

Amazing bulb, bought to replace another led in the garden security light and this one is a beast!! its like having a little floodlight in the garden, i liked its much i bought another to replace the other bulb :)

We were a bit worried that this would not be bright enough in our garden. To our surprise and satisfaction it is brighter than the lamp it replaced so very happy and will be buying more.
