After reading the review about the size of the pieces, I wish I had skipped on this puzzle. The pieces are TINY! The picture side is VERY hard to see since the pieces are so small. I like a challenge but not one that is impossible! Also had to laugh at the label that boasts no plastic while the whole box is shrink wrapped. At $50, this is an overpriced, impossible puzzle. Don't waste your money!!

I’m loving doing this well made wooden puzzle. The picture is great and the laser cut pieces are fun with many different pieces to find. The only thing that lets it down a bit is the fact that the picture it comes with is so small and the colours are not true to the picture and so it’s hard to get going. Worth persisting though as hours of enjoyment! Totally absorbing.

You may think that nearly £50 is a bit out of the way for the jigsaw puzzle - but it isn't for this one. This is a beautiful item made with care and presented thoughtfully. It's the stuff heirlooms are made of - this is a puzzle made to be kept, and done over and over again and then handed on down the family.It comes in a large corrugated cardboard box and the laser-cut pieces are in a brown paper sack, rather than the standard polybag.The pieces are of variable shape, which I've always loved, with many 'special' shapes.With a wide choice of images, there's something for everyone - I chose this one because I loved the colours and the multiple vignettes.It's also a double-sided puzzle, with a two-tone pattern on the other side, if you like a bit more of a challenge.The pieces are a quite small, so young children would definitely need supervision.A lovely thing - but not a casual buy - it's a special present for a special occasion.
