Quite happy, pleased. Good product.
Good microphone, seems near enough flat but obviously it can't be perfect for 46 quid.Well shielded, doesn't even pick up phone interference. Can't hear anything remotely like digital noise, when I amplify the background I just hear normal background sounds.Nice and sturdy metal construction on the mic and the shock mount.Comes with an adapter to fit different tripods.Picks up my voice well within a 1 metre range. Further away it just gets quieter.Notes:If you live in an old house where the floors are prone to moving, the shock mount is simply too stiff to help with subsonic vibration. Also the wire is very stiff. I would imagine that changing the elastic in the shock mount would help to reduce the problem a little.I've done a year's worth of student radio and some work on an album release. I think this microphone is a decent starter.Perhaps it's biggest PRO is it doesn't have a digital noise problem. that's pretty huge really, the non flatness is fair and easily made up for with minimal EQ.If you are just doing podcasts there is no immediate need to EQ.If you do screen recordings, you will have to make sure you keep a good vocal volume as it will pick up your keyboard and mouse clicks. It's not awful if you are a bit quiet, you will just have to stop typing to talk.Keyboard presses will produce unwanted bass if you have the microphone on the same surface. It's not a perfect microphone but it's really good value. I recommend this one.

German Ingenuity for your voice!
This microphone is outstanding for the price. I've had no faults so far after having it for a month, only satisfaction! My friend has a the Blue Snowball microphone which is in the similar price range and the Auna completely trumps it.This may sound stupid but if you've already got a sense of what your voice sounds like when talking, this mic conveys exactly that. The difference between your actual voice and the voice received by this mic is uncanny. Definitely a must have for those who don't want to splash the cash on fancy headsets with built in mics and would rather have some proper, studio quality, German made perfection, for a fraction of the price (Compared to most special, fancy headsets). If you did a comprehensive experiment where you analysed the quality of this mic and other mics that are £100 and upwards, unless you are a complete musical genius or audiophile, you aren't going to notice any difference in quality! There's a reason why there are practically no negative reviews for this microphone, it's because it's perfect, and for the price, a complete steal. Definitely buy this, and don't be dissuaded by the lack of reviews (when compared to other more popular mics) and the overwhelmingly positive feedback, because it really is top stuff! And to add even further, I've bought the 'SoundLAB G122CA 35 mm Foam Microphone Windshield' alongside this and it fits and fully covers the mic fine. I've also bought the adjustable arm that others have bought alongside this microphone and it's fully compatible. And since it's a USB (fine quality for USB too) if you've had problems with white noise and general static sounds in the background when listening back to yourself on your current setup, buying this will void you of any more tiresome white noise. No more may you suffer from inferior microphone quality! May you bask in glory as your peers waste hundreds worth of hard earned cash on wacky headsets with mediocre mics!

Excellent mic, however lack of gain control limits its range of pick-up.
Works great, easy to use and set up. Easy to mount or attach to an arm. Pretty long cable so it could be placed anywhere around a desk. Very clear voice and good pick-up. However with a lack of gain control it does require being very close for it to pick up the full volume of your voice. I use a pop shield and if the mic is any further than 5 inches from my face it has quite a lot of volume drop off.Considering you can get some very good usb mics with gain control that are around the price of, or even cheaper than this, I'd recommend looking for one of those. However this is a good user-friendly starter mic for anyone getting into streaming/making videos/talking online. No comments on studio capability, I haven't tried it.

Great reasonably priced studio microphone
Auna MIC-900 USB Cardioid Studio Condenser Microphone (Plug & Play, USB Connector & Shockmount) schwarz-goldMy first impressions of this product were that it was a high end studio microphone however it is sold at a reasonable price, i was honestly impressed by the finish of this product it was so firm and had a good weight to it.Highlights of the product:Nice metal finish.Good mic quality.I have used this microphone for months now and have had feedback from multiple people who have all said my mic quality was crisp and better then all headset mic’s they’d heard before of course this isn't that impressive but they don't have it much to compare against. The mic does pick up a lot of background noise whether this is a issue i can solve with software of not i'm unsure however isn't a problem in voice comm’s due to the voice activation feature.Overall this is one of the best mic’s you can get at this price range, i couldn’t reckon this anymore to anyone out there looking for a high standard mic that runs through USB.
