I received the mic and began to test it out. It didn’t work. I figured I was doing something wrong but after some research I found that it is a plug and play mic and did not need any other attachments for it to work properly. So I tried it with my iPhone and Android phones, neither worked so it had to be the lavalier. I lost some valuable audio recording for my videos that weekend. I was pretty upset about it. So before I wrote a bad review I contacted Kevin, the owner, and he immediatly replied with an apology and put a new mic in the mail immediately which I received in the mail 2 days later. The new mic worked perfect!!! Kevin was pleased to hear that it worked and that I was happy. This is good customer service and I appreciate the kindness from Kevin. I recommend everybody that wants a plug and play mic to order a BlueQbt Professional Lavalier Lapel mic. It's important for the video quality to be good, but most phones can handle that these days - the biggest problem is the audio quality. I bought this mic to improve the quality of my auditions, and it's helped a lot! The seller is fantastic too - after the second time I used the mic, I accidentally dropped it and the plastic clip that attaches the mic to your shirt sheared in half. The mic was basically useless at this point, as I bought a lav so I wouldn't have to hold a mic during an audition. I contacted the owner Kevin through Amazon to explain the situation, and he got back to me quickly and sent me a brand new clip, free of charge.
