Extremely high quality and beautiful chrome finish. This phone mount is seriously substantial. The phone grip is very secure. I’ve been using Quad Lock mounts over the years but wanted to be able to use my own phone case and needed something that would live beyond my current phone model. I purchased for my Street Glide and had to make a few simple adjustments to the rubber handlebar ring. There may be cheaper mounts available but not with this level of quality, performance and styling. Worth every penny!

Built rock solid . What a difference from the cheap plastic ones I had previously been using which always flopped around while riding offroad and phone would fly off after crashing. Running fat bars comes with all necessary adapters to fit a range of bar diameters. This thing clamps on and is not breaking off because its made of metal also ball is metal not plastic won't move after tightening, not cheap plastic. Couldn't be more happy with purchase after going through 3 or 4 others that were absolute junk.

I wanted to use my Phone as a GPS on my Motorcycle. I first looked at Ram since I have used their products in the past and found them sturdy but after examining it and looking further I really didn't think the placement of the support arms. They seemed perfectly placed to engage the buttons on the phone and who needs that at 75mph. So I did what many might do and tried one of the inexpensive plastic units. Didnt even make it through installation. This unit was a fair chunk of change but now after using it for weeks .... it is worth every penny. It is all metal and feels like a real piece of kit. The spring tension is such and the cups on either side that hold the phone are deep enough that I think you can certainly run this with no extra strap but the kit does come with 2 silicon bands. I use one out of paranoia but the springs are more than capable on the mount themselves. The kit comes with three handlebar adapters so you can use it on different diameter bars and once mounted up .. It doesnt budge. It has a nice thumb screw which is convenient because I just keep the attachment part on the bars and bring the gps mount portion into the house if I will not be using it so the AZ sun doesnt dry out the rubber. This particular unit will rotate and allows for tilting but is not articulating but they do seem to carry a model with a double ball like ram that will let you have a wider range of movement. I have mine mounted right below the ignition key and it works perfectly. I was a little concerned spending that much on a mount from a company I have never heard of but so far .. VERY impressed and glad I bought it. Update: About 2 weeks ago after riding about 6 miles in dirt I tried to make a Uturn on asphalt on a 7' wide road with a bike that has a 9.5' turning radius. Seeing that the wife and I were going to land up in the cactus I grabbed to much front break and fell over. Me the wife and the bike slammed into the ground. The phone .. in the mount .. didnt budge!

I opened the box, nice boxing, well packed. Product seems to be machined well and materials are upper shelf. Then I see this bungee thing and now i have mixed feelings. I didn't want another phone holder with rubber straps, bungees or any other rubber band thing holding it on. Upon further investigation it looks like the clamp is well engineered so I put it on my bike. I placed it on the left side and found I could adjust the phone holder so I could easily reach my phone with my hand on the grips. I know that riders and driver should not be fussing with their cell phones while on the highway but it's nice to know I can reach it if i had to. I have my phone Bluetooth connected to my stereo so I can safely use verbal mapping directions and and see visual maps on my phone when needed. The mount has enough adjustments to satisfy most riders. The hardware fits my 1.25" handlebars perfectly. Clean easy install that took less then 15 minutes. I don't use the supplied bungee... however it is included if anyone feels like they need that extra bit of confidence knowing that their phone will still be there after a long road trip. I find that the phone has been held securely without it (so far) and it has held very secure without it (my opinion, yours may vary). I'm a long time rider and have seen many such devices and can honestly say I have not tried them all. I can also honestly say that I feel that for the money this for me has been a purchase so far and a "good bang for the buck". I would recommend to a friend and possibly buy another for a gift. Price is little salty but is Very nice, well built and holds up your phone perfectly! Definitely recommend!!! Price is the only reason I don’t give 5 stars

This is a high-quality low profile piece. I needed to remove my Renthal pad on the handlebars to find a good spot to fit it. Phone fits nice and snug. Seems to be very durable and well built. Very happy with the purchase.

I just bought a second one of these for a new Indian Roadmaster. It looks great and functions perfectly. I bought the black version this time and I again am a very satisfied customer. I noted in my previous review that the swivel clamp was chromed plastic on the older version. I can’t tell the exact material on the new model but it appears that the black version is anodized aluminum. Also the entire mechanism seems to be somewhat beefier than the earlier one I bought. While I was concerned with the chromed plastic on my previous purchase I never had a minutes trouble with it. I rode that motorcycle for over 45,000 miles in all kinds of weather from Texas to Arizona to Montana to South Dakota and back. It was just as functional the day I sold the bike as the day I installed it. I highly recommend this mount to any serious bike rider. Review of my first purchase in 2021. Overall this is a very nice phone mount. It definitely compliments my Indian Roadmaster which comes stock with a lot of chrome. It works great at holding the phone securely even without using the included rubber strap. My only complaint is that the swivel clamp mechanism is chromed plastic. The phone clamp and bar clamp are both metal but the piece connecting them is plastic. It looks and works fine but at this price-point I expected “all metal”. However, even with that said I am quite satisfied with both its form and function

Fantastic bike holder. Only using in landscape mode so not bothered with rubber holder, think if I was using in portrait mode I would to be safe But done a few hundred miles in landscape mode and phone not moved at all Very happy with this product

After watching ‘Itchy Boots‘ travel South America with one of these on her Royal Enfield Himalayan I was impressed. Best phone holder I’ve used on the bike. Works with just about any phone.

Excellent, phone mount holds onto the phone in a case easily and strongly. Mount point holds onto my bike strongly and came with spacers to adjust for larger tubing.
