It not made as good as I had hoped.

Poorly packed
It’s a good looking hat that fits well and is built from a decent feeling material.However, a cost cutting measure they pack it in a plastic bag, the hat was delivered crumpled and completely wrinkled.Defeats the whole point of ordering a hat
