Just the other day I had a weird slip on some papers on the floor that made my foot suddenly slide. Later it felt as if part of my foot was strained and I wondered if I may have broken a small bone as it bothered me while walking the rest of the day. When I got home I happened to remember I had the foot acupressure plate and decided to give it a try. After stepping on it fir about 5 minutes it began to feel some relief. The next day my foot was fine!

I love mine so much I gifted it to my parents and friends! It's a practical tool that I use for the 2 minutes I brush my teeth each day. I've noticed the longer I stand on it the more my body temperature increases so that's how I know it's working. I stand on my feet a lot at work, so after a long day of that- it provides a reset for my feet. If it's too much pressure some days I stand on it with socks.

My first time trying this hurt my feet soooo bad. I could barely stand on than just a few seconds at a time. As I been using it more and more I can finally stand on it for awhile and my feet have definitely adjusted to it where it’s not painful. Definitely get some foot relief after use. Perfect size to take on the go.

I enjoy being able to stimulate the different nerves in my feet all at one time. how much pressure I use is totally up to me. I can sit or stand on it to adjust how it feels.

I brought this because I’m trying to find ways to get my feet feeling better from standing all day to just being on the go but the thing is I have huge feet size 16 🤦🏾‍♂️ …so I would need one that really fits my feet because of the size but other than that it’s a cool piece of equipment

The quality is fine, but this thing, no matter how long you stand on it or build up to it, does not help with foot pain or soreness. It is so uncomfortable to use and does not do what it claims to. And the wooden pegs do not line up with your feet accurately. It is certainly not a one size fits all or even most. I will be returning it.

I love this item because I have a crushed foot with a lot of metal in it and then a foot that compensates and so they ache quite a bit and having this under my desk really helps to minimize that because it exercises the muscles on a regular basis

So far, I have only been able to stand on this for about 30 seconds, having received it just two days ago but I am excited to be using it and for longer periods of time as my feet allow. My only complaint is that my toes do not reach the toe parts, and I wear a size 8 or 8.5 women's shoe.
