PME Black Hair Doll Pick, 6.5 x 4 x 17.8 cm

I needed a black haired doll pick for a specific cake and this is the only one I could find. I needed the hair to be loose, not up in a ponytail, so took the band out of her hair. I had thought the hair would then just fall down over her shoulders but it turned into a really tricky look to achieve! It just would not fall straight! It was sticking out terribly at all angles due to being tied back previously. I tried washing the hair, no difference. The only way I could eventually get the hair to stay in a passable look was to coat it in edible glue and hold it down till it dried!!!I needed a different eye colour too so changed that with bits of sugarpaste/fondant.I would recommend this pick if you don't mind the ponytail hair. Far too much hassle to get it loose and straight otherwise!
