I've done a lot of research about fiber supplements. Yikes, so many to consider. This type of fiber supplement has me very interested because of my unique digestive and stomach problems and seems to be something that is worth a try. I've only used it for one day. I put about a teaspoon in my morning cereal, and then later in the day about a teaspoon in a glass of water. I'm going a little easy to begin with and will work my way up to a full dose or more as needed. There is absolutely no flavor, no thickening, and no grit. That's amazing. One of the main reasons I'm trying this fiber supplement is because of the good reviews and because of no additives, fillers, flavors, sugars, or sugar substitutes. Literally no additives, and nothing artificial. Pure natural PHGG. My stomach is happy. Other fiber supplements my Digestive doctor recommended and others that I have tried have caused my stomach to react badly. I have high hopes for this fiber supplement, and if it works well, I will update my doctor, and try to update this post when I have had enough time to really learn if it improves my digestion and regularity.
