Lethal weapon
Razor sharp cuts vegetables easily and adjustable to get the perfect size cut .Use the provided guard or you WILL remove parts of your body .

Don’t buy
The whole unit isn’t aligned straight so will create uneven slices that are thicker on one size. Have seen similar complaint in other reviews

Not Japanese, and poor quality
To be fair I didn't even use it. This mandoline had a blade which was not straight, but wonkyy.It is "japanese" only by name, as it's made elsewhere (was it Indonesia?), which I found cheeky, if not misleading.For the same price I had it exchanged for the brand from which this is copied.Kudos to Amazon for that.
