Flair bottle white with boston tin nero \ bottle training Barman

The bottle and tin are good weight and work well for basic practice however I was surprised to see the bottle is not water tight? I was very surprised by this and I'm not sure if it's intended or just badly made on the base. Regardless this will fill flairing practice needs!
