Thank you!** A: The short answer is no it would not. This product is used on top of your stream to give it more of a flow look to the stream. If you tried to use this product alone, it would not keep shape. I would recommend a liquid pour made by the same company. It comes in larger size bottles for a bigger stream. If you are doing a deep stream, i would recommend a deep pour product due to the drying/cure times. Here is a product that will work better.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000A7PPOE/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1.. Woodland scenics has a whole range of water like effect products, available through admin to really make the water pop. Hope this helps, and good luck on your project. **Q: What is the difference between woodland scenics 4516 surface water - wave and woodland scenics 4515?** A: 4515 is specifically designed to create water ripples. 4516 has a different consistency designed to model actual waves. **Q: does this go on top of cured realistic water** A: I have also tested and used it on top of cured epoxy and it adheres just fine. **Q: What is the area of coverage?** A: Depends on the depth(thickness) that you require. Usually applied to the surface so quite a bit of coverage ## Customer Reviews ### āāāāā this product is easy to work with to make your water look natural *by M***S on May 30, 2026* this wooden scenery surface water, water ripples make anything I do with Lakes and ponds and waterfalls look so gorgeous ### āāāāā Water effects *by J***N on April 27, 2024* Great water at looks good on my diorama. ### āāāāā Works great! *by C***R on December 10, 2025* Needed to make my ocean scene have waves.
