Works well with Anker Prime batteries & the ResMed Air Mini!
This cord works much better than others I have tried. Specifically, it works well with the Anker A110a (Prime Power Bank 26K, 300Watt). The others kept cutting out due to safety circuitry on the newer Ankers. I trust Anker batteries more than others, so I really am happy to find something that worked well with it. After 9 hours on the Air Mini, the above battery had exactly 50% which is perfect. Very happy with this!

Works great on bipap.
I have the aircurve 11 bipap which uses more power than the cpap version. My power supply constantly says round 15w is being used by my machine with the heated hose and the humidifier on. The machine does warn me that a 65w power supply is being used and basically to proceed with caution. Everything works fine. I use this for travel and camping as DC uses less power than AC when you are using batteries for camping. When I use this I use the humidifier and a normal non heated hose just to be safe... However I am pretty sure my machine would only exceed 65 watts in some extreme environment where the humidifier was maxing out and the heated hose was maxed out, and for some reason the blower was running heavy... All this to say I'm pretty sure it same to use with all the accessories all the time but you should probably play it safe on the bipap.IMPORTANT: I am an engineer, I understand many of you are not, so let me help you out. Any USB C will not work... The adapter or camping battery you buy absolutely must say "USB C PD 100w 20v" in the specifications if you just use your phone brick this isn't going to work, they cannot supply enough power for this device.

Randomly Shuts Down and Ruins Your Nights Rest
I have been using this unit for a few months with my Resmed AirMini. Sometimes it will work fine all night. Sometimes it will shut down once or twice during the night, leaving me gasping for air. Sometimes it shuts down every hour or two. It's very frustrating. I've followed the troubleshooting suggestions (ensuring +60watt 20V batteries and plugging the unit into the CPAP before plugging in the battery). I'm also very careful to be gentle of the USB-C connection. Doesn't seem to matter, it still will shut down randomly during the night. It would be better if it never worked at all.I've since purchased a similar 20V PD unit from Taifu and it works 100% on the very same batteries (INIU 140W 25000mAh Power Banks). Never fails.

Very convenient to replace the huge brick power supply
Works great with the ResMed AirSense 11, which has a silly connector design and requires an odd voltage. This takes care of that. I run it off my universal USB power bank, which runs off any international mains supply (with a simple plug converter) and offers multiple USB outputs. That way I don't need to lug a gazillion power bricks around... and now, not even for my ResMed. Yeah, it's still a brick, but considerably smaller and lighter, and now I don't have to hunt for another AC outlet.

Solid USB-C replacement adapter for the ResMed Airsense 11 - with the right portable battery.
First-time CPAP user here with the ResMed Airsense 11 machine. I immediately knew that I needed to find an alternate power source for my CPAP, in order to continue on my many adventures off-the-grid. The power conversion from DC to AC is simply too inefficient for long-term, reliable use with portable power stations. After trying a DC adapter for a few days, I looked into finding a suitable USB-C adapter.This FLGAN 20V PD USB-C Power Supply for ResMed AirSense 11 Air 11 Airmini 65W 20W is the perfect fit for my CPAP.That said, the more important factor to consider is what type of portable power source you're utilizing to run your CPAP. Whatever the power source is has to provide enough output power that the Airmed doesn't shut off due to a voltage error - which was what happened my first night using this adapter plugged into my hefty Anker 535 Power Station. This isn't the handheld brick power bank, this is literally a 16 lb. Anker power station with AC, DC, USB outlets. Even with all that power, my CPAP ran into a voltage error about 20 minutes into my sleep, air shutoff long enough for me to open my eyes and spot in the darkness of my room, my CPAP screen rebooting.Half asleep, I didn't want to deal with getting my AC adapter out of storage, I reached for my Anker Solix C300 power station instead, plugged the USB-C into the 90W capped port, and hoped this would be sufficient. I also ensured power-saving features were off, including the one where the device turns itself off after a few hours of low voltage (important). Rest of the night was uneventful. My 100% Solix C300 was down to 68% after about six hours of CPAP use, humidifier on. I'm sure it would have more power reserves if humidifier was off.Versatile and easy to use - remember to plug the adapter into the machine first, and then the power source.At $35, this is a great value - especially if you have a good portable power source. Removing the energy conversion to AC is highly efficient.So far, all the power components seem to be made of good quality - time will tell on its durability.

Simplified my travel equipment setup!
This USB-C adapter worked flawlessly on a ten day trip with my Airmini! No issues at all and this allowed me to ditch the ResMed power supply and replace it with a multi-port USB-C charger that provided phone charging at the same time.I coupled the Resmed adapter (this item) with a 100W Anker 3 port charger (2x USB-C and 1x USB-A) charger. I also added an INUI 20000 mAh portable charger (with pass through charging - key!) to act effectively as a "UPS" providing backup power during short power outages (we were in Costa Rica). I won't be taking the INUI when traveling in the US, but it is nice to know that it can run the Airmini overnight if needed.Feedback:1) It would really be helpful if the cord was about 2-3 feet longer. For some odd reason hotels don't always provide outlets near beds so having a slightly longer cord would provide much improved flexibility.2) (minor) adding a line to indicate the orientation of the ResMed proprietary plug would be a nice touch. ResMed does this with a short yellow line.notes: the 100W charger seemed a bit overkill. The next size down in the Anker line-up was ~67W. I thought this would work fine (I calculated the Airmini would draw about 20-30W) but the 67W charger was only slightly smaller and I figured having some margin would be beneficial especially to charger additional devices overnight at the same time.

Best for large scale portable batteries
Wonderful product. This eliminates the need for an AC inverter in a lot of backup power supplies (portable batteries chargeable by solar—not UPS’s!) and saves you even more energy. TURN OFF CLIMATE CONTROL and any humidifiers before using. It’ll save you power and keep this baby working. Also, make sure the port you’re using provides sufficient wattage for this adapter. 5, or even 15 V ain’t gonna cut it. These are not difficult requirements to adopt.

Try plugging in the ResMed first before the USB-C plug. compatibility issues.
review for "FLGAN USB-C power supply for ResMed 11". The Compatibility is hit-or-miss even on chargers/batteries that support 20 volts >3 amps output. I've tried this on a variety of USB-C PD power supplies and battery banks, all that have 20v support at 3 amps or greater they _should_ work with this device. There seems to be a startup problem where sometimes it blinks on/off and doesn’t negotiate the voltage properly. I had to disconnect it, wait a few minutes, then try again by plugging the ResMed end first, then the USB-C connected after.(My review edited because I figured out how to make it work)I got it to work with my 130watt power bank "Movespeed Charge 130w" , but it took alot of work to get it to negotiate the connection. When I plug in the FLGAN device to my power bank, it would blink on/off. (so its negotiating the PD voltage wrong). The only fix is to unplug it, let it power-off for ~30 seconds, then reconnect the CPAP end first and connect the USB-C afterwards. Apparently it needs to be “under a load” to properly power on. On my Resmed 11 (full size unit) with all Heaters OFF it draws approx 0.6 -2.2 amps at 20v, depending on fan pressure. I calculate maybe 8-10 hours with this 25000 mAh battery pack, because my machine is set for lower pressures.Also try: using another power supply, go into the ResMed settings and turn off humidifier and heated hose. The unit will remember your settings. In my case I also had to remove the SD card, turn the fan on , disconnect power, and Then connect this Flgan power adapter by connecting the CPAP first then the USB second so that it immediately started up “on” state with the fans blowing air, that seemed to trigger the Flgan adapter to work. After that, was able to use the Flgan adapter again and again without an further trouble.Examples: it does not work with Apple MacBook Pro charger 140watts USB-C PD charger, this supports 28v, 20v, 15v etc, but this device will not negotiate the voltage correctly with the charger.This device works best with my Anker 735 "GAN Prime 65w" charger. It makes me think this FLGAN does not really use USB-C PD protocol properly, but is using "Anker IQ" protocol, which is not the same standard as USB-C PD claimed in the product description? Also tested and does work with my "Green Power Portable Power Station 700W" which has USB-C PD 100 watt plug, maximum draw is approx 55 watts (with all heaters on) according to the display on that device.Manufacturer needs to fix compatibility, or otherwise clarify if they require Anker IQ in addition to USB-PD ?The startup blinking on/off is definitely confusing, I was about to return it before I figured it out just by luck.
